The firm

A dispute resolution and corporate law firm.

Olaya Law Firm is a Guayaquil law firm devoted to two practices: dispute resolution and corporate counsel. Each one informs the other. Our courtroom experience shapes how we structure contracts and corporate decisions, and knowing a company well lets us defend it better when a dispute arises.

Every matter has a responsible lawyer who knows it and answers for it. You know who is handling your case, where it stands and what comes next.

Dispute resolution

How we resolve a dispute.

Every case follows a clear method, so you always know where it stands and what comes next.

  1. Assessment

We review the facts, the documents and the deadlines, and tell you candidly what options you have and the risks of each.

  2. Strategy

Together we choose the path —negotiate, mediate or litigate— and set an action plan with clear next steps.

  3. Advocacy

We prepare every filing and every hearing with the detail the case requires. A responsible lawyer handles the matter and represents you at every step.

  4. Follow-up

We keep you informed of every development and deadline until the case is closed, including enforcement of the outcome.
